Kate infuses her client work with curiosity and a strong desire to be of service. Her approach is informed by training in Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead curricula, emphasizing how clarity, trust, and connection can create courageous leaders and high-performing organizations.

Kate works with individuals and leadership teams to define and reach their goals – and she does so in a way that is collaborative and purpose-driven.

Kate’s areas of expertise include strategic planning, organizational change and team-building strategies, and MBTI® interpretation (individuals and groups). Kate also works with clients to develop workplace and people strategies that support the adoption of business priorities.

She has over sixteen years of experience leading strategic planning, implementation of strategic priorities and change management in complex, multi-stakeholder public sector organizations.

Beyond her professional practice, Kate is a writer, passionate lifelong learner and a fan of road trips, Nordic noir, and yoga. She serves as a board member with the Umbrella Society for Addictions and Mental Health, and the Justice Education Society of BC.
